    These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://v-chainer.com and the related application/service (“Service”) operated by V-Chainer, registered in Poland, with registered address Aleja Architektów 6/1 54-115 Wrocław (“we”, “us”, “our”).
    By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    The app lets you upload or submit data (requirements, documents, comments, project info, etc.):
    – you keep ownership of your content,
    – you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it only to provide the Service
    – you confirm you have the right to submit that content and it does not violate third-party rights.
